Myra's Story

Myra born September 24, 2009 with severe global brain damage after an emergency c-section brought on by a sudden heart rate drop during labor.

Nissen Fundoplication and G-tube Surgery - October 14, 2009 (diagnosed with severe reflux and no suck-swallow reflex, but was nursing full-time before she left the hospital!)

NICU 4 weeks - Home on October 23, 2009

Diagnosed with Microcephaly "small head" - November 2009

Umbilical Hernia repair, MRI - December 17, 2009

Prematurely Diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy - January 21, 2010 (low tone in truck, high tone in arms and legs)
